RESOURCE SOLUTIONS WORKS COLLABORATIVELY TO COMPLETE STRATEGIC PLANS
Resource Solutions recently completed an evaluation of operations in collaboration with Chelan County Fire District #6. The process was completed over a nine moth period and resulted in completion of a six year strategic plan, a first for this fire district. This document will serve as a road map for the district to build a dynamic operational model and effectively provide services to its communities for years to come.
Our Approach Includes:
- Building organizational capacity through visioning, strategic planning and facilitation of meetings.
- Working collaboratively to develop and update planning documents.
- Designing and implementing NEPA and SEPA environmental review and public involvement processes.
- Instituting and summarizing community income surveys.
