Grant Administration

Successfully funded grant awards come with specialized requirements stipulated in the grant contract. These requirements vary between funding entities. There are typically negative consequences to the grant recipient for failing to meet these requirements in a timely manner. Normally, a failure to meet all grant requirements is not intentional. Instead, the problem often occurs due to a lack of knowledge of all the requirements. Resource Solutions LLC has significant experience in managing state and federal government grants.  We pride ourselves on working collaboratively with you to put systems in place to streamline the documentation and reporting process.

Our Solutions to your Grant Administration needs include:

  • Devising, implementing and summarizing income survey documents.
  • Developing civil rights, fair housing, ADA and non-discriminatory policies and procedures for adoption by local governments.
  • Creating National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) documents and checklists and Section 106 Cultural and Historical documents.
  • Contract development & completion of required reporting documents (monthly, quarterly, annually) to the funding entity.
  • Troubleshooting funded grants that have gone off-track or require modification.
  • Preparing grant amendments.
  • Advising on Davis-Bacon, certified payroll and pay request document submittal.
